Robert Grimmett Crigler was a judge for the Seventeenth Circuit Court in Tennessee. He served on the court position from 2005 until his retirement in May 2013.[1][2][3][4]

Education

Crigler received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in 1977 and his law degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville in 1980.[1]

Career

Crigler began his career in 1980 at the University of Tennessee Legal Clinic. The following year, he joined the firm of Rambo & Norton, where he worked until 1986. He then practiced with Ron Wilson & Associates until 1988, when he became an Assistant District Attorney General for the 17th Judicial District. He worked in that capacity until 2005, when he became a circuit court judge.[1]
