Robert A. Castor is a former judge for the Second Circuit Court of Albany County, Wyoming.[1] He was appointed in July of 1984, and he retired in 2020.[2] [3]
Education
Castor earned both his B.S. and J.D. degrees from the University of Wyoming.[4]

Castor was retained to the Second Circuit Court with 80.8 percent of the vote on November 4, 2014.[5]
2010
Castor was retained to the Second Circuit Court in 2010.[6][7]
