Ricky Wilkins was a 2014 Democratic candidate who sought election to the U.S. House to represent the 9th Congressional District of Tennessee.[1] Incumbent Steve Cohen defeated Wilkins and Isaac Richmond in the Democratic primary.[2]

Wilkins earned a bachelor's degree from Howard University and a J.D. from Vanderbilt University. He founded his own law firm in 2003.[3]
