A Perry Township Police Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lake County, which is in Ohio, where it was defeated.

This question would have authorized the township of Perry to increase property taxes by 2.9 mills ($2.9 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund police protection services.[1]
