“ | Shall those companies who wish to drill for, or supply, natural gas derived from hydraulic fracking techniques be required to inform residents of Oak Park Township of the hazardous chemicals and risks in the process and be prohibited from supplying natural gas derived from hydraulic fracking to Oak Park Township Customers?[2] | ” |
