New Mexico Rules for County Officials in their Second Terms, Amendment 3 (1998)

New Mexico Amendment 3 prohibits second-term county officials from holding additional county offices. It was on the November 3, 1998 election ballot in New Mexico. It passed, with 68% of voters in favor.
