This measure sought to allow the school to collect additional taxes exceeding the revenue limit for four years at an increasing rate in order to help maintain current education programs in the school district.[1]
Text of measure
The question on the ballot:
Shall the Mukwonago Area School District, Waukesha and Walworth Counties, Wisconsin be authorized to exceed the revenue limit specified in Section 121.91, Wisconsin Statutes, by $1,000,000 for the 2012-2013 school year; $2,100,000 for the 2013-2014 school year; $3,700,000 for the 2014-2015 school year; and $4,400,000 for the 2015-2016 school year for non-recurring purposes.[2] |
