Lenda Sherrell was a 2014 Democratic candidate seeking election to the U.S. House to represent the 4th Congressional District of Tennessee.[1] She ran unopposed in the Democratic primary.[2] She was defeated by incumbent Scott DesJarlais (R) in the general election on November 4, 2014.[3]

Sherrell graduated from Middle Tennessee State University.[4]
