John F. Lambert is a multi-bench judge for the County, Family and Surrogate's courts of Otsego County, New York. He was elected to a term that began in 2009 and ends in 2018.[1]
Education
Lambert received his B.S. degree from Hartwick College in 1992 and his J.D. degree from the New England School of Law in 1998.[1]
Career
Prior to his judicial career, Lambert worked as an associate attorney for the Law Office of Timothy R. Johnson, an attorney for the Otsego Northern Catskill Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES), an adjunct professor of Hartwick College, an attorney for the Village of Cooperstown, a partner of the law firm of Lambert & Trosset, and a Chief Assistant District Attorney. In 2009, he was elected to the Otsego County Court.[1]
