Inga S. Bernstein is a partner at the law firm of Zalkind Duncan & Bernstein LLP. President Barack Obama nominated Bernstein to the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts on July 30, 2015.[1] On January 3, 2017, Bernstein's nomination was returned to President Obama at the sine die adjournment of the 114th Congress.[2]

Education

Bernstein earned her B.A., graduating magna cum laude, from Wellesley College in 1984 and her J.D., graduating cum laude, from Harvard Law School in 1994.[1]
