Hudson City Charter Amendments, 2 (November 2010)

Two Hudson City Charter Amendment measures were on the November 2, 2010 ballot in the city of Hudson, which is in Summit County.

The first charter amendment sought to amend 16 charter rules in order to clarify language and change words.

  • YES 5,870 (65.32%) Approveda
  • NO 3,117 (34.68%)

The second charter amendment sought to change the provision which would shorten the processes of the Planning Commission.[1]

  • YES 5,294 (53.02%) Approveda
  • NO 4,691(46.98%)[2]
