A Hudson City Charter Amendment question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Summit County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.

This question amended the Hudson City charter to change the deadline for filing nominating petitions from 75 to 90 days before the election.[1]

Language on the ballot:

“ Shall the proposed amendment to Section 7.01 of the Hudson City Charter to revise the time deadline for filing nominating petitions with the Board of Elections for elective offices of the City from seventy-five (75) days to ninety (90) days before the day of the election be adopted?[1][2] ”
