David H. Sivright, Jr. was a judge of the Seventh District of Iowa. He was appointed to this position in 1992. He retired in 2012.

Biography and Education

Sivright was born in Gary, Indiana. He received his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Kansas in 1966 and 1969, respectively. He is now married and has two children.

Career

Prior to serving on the court, Sivright worked as a private practice lawyer for a firm in Clinton, Iowa.
