A Concord Township Fire Safety Tax Levy question was on the November 6, 2012 election ballot in Lake County, which is in Ohio, where it was approved.
This question authorized the Township of Concord to impose a property tax replacement tax of 4.2 mills ($4.2 per $1,000 of assessed valuation) for five years in order to fund fire protection services.[1]
