Blayne Arthur is the Oklahoma commissioner of agriculture. Gov. Kevin Stitt (R) appointed Arthur on December 13, 2018. She was sworn into office on January 14, 2019.[1][2]

Arthur previously served as the executive director of the Oklahoma 4-H Foundation. She also previously worked for the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture, Food, and Forestry, for eight years, including serving as deputy commissioner from 2012 to 2016.[1]
