Barry M. Donalty was a judge for the Oneida County Court in New York and the supervising judge of the 5th Judicial District Criminal Courts. He has served as a county judge since January of 1994 and has served as a supervising judge since February of 2000.[1][2] Donalty was re-elected to the Oneida County Court on November 5, 2013, for a 10-year term.[3][4]
On January 20, 2016, Donalty announced that he would retire from the court effective December 31, 2016. He was required to retire from the court due to the state's mandatory retirement age of 70 for judges.[5]

Education
Donalty received his B.A. degree from Manhattan College in 1968 and his J.D. degree from the University of Buffalo School of Law in 1971.[1][2]
