Bistro Gadi, located on the top level of the Australian Museum serves up a fresh seasonal menu with a side of sensational views across Sydney and down to the harbour.
Crafted by Executive chef Keith Higginson, who has honed his skills at renowned eateries across Sydney and Europe, you will find a market table with fresh dishes to choose from.
This casual yet elegant bistro offers great value for money. Drop in for a quick bite or stay to savour the view over a glass of wine or coffee and cake.

Hintze Hall Espresso Bar
Located on Level Upper Ground (UG), Hintze Hall Espresso Bar is your first stop for excellent coffee, hot and cold snacks, or a glass of wine or beer after 3pm.
Hintze Hall Espresso Bar is open 10am – 4pm. Enjoy extended hours exclusive to Wednesday nights, open from 10am – 7.30pm.
