Philip Speer announced more details on his impending Burnet Road restaurant during a pop-up dinner at Rebecca Masson's Fluff Bake Bar in Houston last night. Called Bonhomie, the preview dinner featured with French onion eclairs, hash browns with foie gras gravy, and banana split mille feuille. Look over the full menu further below.

Bonhomie will be a full service neighborhood restaurant, Speer told Eater previously. It will take over and combine two spaces within the Amli 350 apartment building. The complex used to house Roll On Sushi until December. Restaurant and bar neighbors include The Peached Tortilla, Lucy's Fried Chicken, Ginny's Little Longhorn Saloon, Fonda San Miguel, and Epicerie.

With this project, Speer is partnering with Sean McCusker of New Orleans' Sylvain and Barrel Proof. Bonhomie is projected to open in the fall.
