Gladys E. Hites, 91, formerly of Rouseville, PA., passed away Sunday, Oct. 27, 2024, at Oil City Healthcare and Rehab. Born August 2, 1933, in Franklin, on the family farm she was the daughter of Ephraim and Nellie Doerr Lehman.
