Overview[]
The Flare Gun is a great way to light up a large area and to let others know where you are. Best used when fired directly above you. The area it lights is very large, much, much larger than a normal campfire. It is about as visible as a Beacon which makes finding friends who need help at night much easier. It lasts until the flare hits the ground. Deals no damage when fired on a dinosaur or player.
It is consumed on use.
Utility[]
The Flare Gun can be colored using Dyes, changing the flare's color as well as the light given to the area. White colored flares can make unexpected and exceptional flashbangs for those without access to Plant Species Z.
Will interrupt 
Rocket Homing Missile toward its position.
It should be noted that a single Dye can colorize a single Flare Gun as well as a full stack of ten.

- The Fireworks Flaregun Skin is a skin for the Flare Gun. It creates a patriotic firework effect when the flare reaches its highest point.
- When equipping Flare Gun there's a bug when player tries to roll an invisible cylinder like in
Simple Pistol.
