This is a review of my favorite knives. Zwilling J.A. Henckels 7 piece block set is a kitchen asset for any home chef. No more dull, frustrating knives, and no more buying new knives every year or so.

Zwilling (also J.A. Henckels) are an amazing, long lasting precisions stamped knife that is made of German steal. These particular knives are made with a single piece of steel and are surprisingly light weight and retain their sharp edge for a long time.

This particular set comes with 4 different knives (including my favorite, the 8" Chef Knife), kitchen shears, a 9" sharpening steal and a Birchwood block with extra slots for more knives if you wish.

These knifes are precision made with ice-hardened technology so that they stay stronger, sharper and last longer than many other knives. These knives are also made with a high carbon steel so they WON'T STAIN!

Pro's of the Zwilling Twin 7 Piece Knife Set

This is really all one needs for knives in the kitchen. When I was single, and living on my own, I would purchase new paring knives at least once a year. When my husband and I were engaged, the one thing we splurge on with our gift registry was a NICE SET OF KNIVES.

Cons of the Zwilling Twin Signature 7 PC Block Set

I've really had to think hard about the cons. It is a little pricey, but in my opinion, every at home chef needs a good set of knives, they are nearly the most used things in the kitchen.

Investing into a good set of knives will probably save you in the long run. I spent so much money on cheap knife replacements in the past.

I would say the only thing lacking in this knife set is the ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Four Star 5-inch Hollow Edge Rocking Santoku Knife.

My personal opinion of the Zwilling Twin Signature 7 PC Block Set

It's possible I am a little biased, this was a pricey splurge for us when we first got married, but it has lasted so long. I COMPLETELY recommend this product for ANYONE who likes to cook at home, whether you are a professional chef or not, this is a QUALITY set of knives that will stick with you for a long time.

I recommend buying this Zwilling Twin Signature 7 PC Block Set along with the ZWILLING J.A. Henckels Four Star 5-inch Hollow Edge Rocking Santoku Knife and you will never need another knife in the kitchen again!
