This blue lagoon mocktail recipe is a really fun non alcoholic blue drink that is perfect for entertaining! It is a sweet and tart drink made with non alcoholic blue curacao syrup, freshly squeezed lemon and Sprite for some fizz.
If you are looking for some fun non alcoholic drinks for any reason, you've come to the right place. Blue lagoon mocktails are super bright and fun alcohol free drinks that are perfect for kids, pregnant women, and just awesome to have at a party for anyone who is looking for a drink without alcohol.
Blue curacao mocktails are also a great non alcoholic drink for the 4th of July or any sort of celebration that you might want to have a blue non alcoholic drink. These would also make for the best blue mocktails for baby showers!
Like any other blue mocktail, this one does require a particular blue colored syrup, but it is definitely worth it for this mocktail blue lagoon recipe.

🍋 Ingredients
The blue lagoon mocktail ingredients:
- blue curaçao syrup
- Sprite or lemon lime soda
- fresh squeezed lemon juice
- ice
This is a really easy mocktail to make if you have all of the ingredients. Unfortunately the blue lagoon mocktail syrup is not super common, but good news!
You can find it on Amazon!
There are basically 2 kinds of non alcoholic blue curacao syrups: Torani Blue Curacao Syrup and Monin Blue Curacao Syrup.
Either of these non alcoholic blue lagoon syrups will work just fine for this recipe. I used the Torani HOWEVER it seems that the Monin syrup is the favored one by the reviews.
What does blue curacao syrup taste like? This syrup really has a citrus flavor almost like orange or lemon, but it is quite sweet since it is a syrup.
🔪 Instructions
Let's begin our recipe how to make blue lagoon mocktail. You need to start with the proper drinkware. It's ok if it's not perfect, but I always use highball glasses when making this virgin blue lagoon mocktail.
Start my putting 4-5 ice cubes in the bottom of your glass. You are going to use the juice of a whole lemon for each drink. Squeeze the lemon into the glass, making sure to strain out any seeds. Add the blue curacao syrup. After the syrup pour the Sprite into the glass until it reaches the top.
Give it a little stir and serve with fresh lemon wedges. YUM! These are the best blue mocktails and they are super fun!
💭 Top tip
Some blue lagoon mocktail recipes call for lemonade instead of fresh squeezed lemon juice. I highly recommend that you don't use a store bought lemonade or even bottled lemon juice. The FRESH LEMON is very key in this recipe, and it's not hard to do at all!

There really is no homemade replacement for the blue curacao syrup so I suggest getting a bottle of it from Amazon, along with some highball glasses.
