Tolga is responsible for running all facets of the business. He has 20+ years of software and Digital Commerce experience. Prior Akinon, Tolga developed web-based software projects for large enterprises followed by co-founding Markafoni, designing and operating over 20 e-commerce websites in 5 countries.
Ahmet gained extensive experience in Digital Commerce and finance through 20 years of practice. He has managed, founded and invested in International Digital Commerce projects such as Markafoni. Between 2010-2014 Ahmet was recognised as one of the most successful young entrepreneurs by CNBC and Fortune Magazine.
Çağrı has substantiated a track record of executive and sales management. Prior Akinon, he co-founded Markafoni, where he was entrusted as CSO and built a B2B network of 1000+ retailers from scratch and grew sales; over 750K items per month.
Mümin has 10+ years experience in software development. Mümin’s career led him to Markafoni in 2011 and in 2015 he co-founded Roomkita followed by Akinon where he became Co-Founder and CTO.
Emre is a seasoned leader who has worked in software development firms, academia and the marine industry. He is currently in charge of operations and resource orchestration. He has acquired a strong understanding of e-commerce applications and has strong problem-solving abilities towards client-based challenges.
Zerrin has 24 years experience in finance. Her background in the sector varies from audit in one of the big 4 (PWC), controlling and budgeting. Zerrin’s path also crossed Markafoni and is now CFO of Akinon.
Tayfun Topkoç has thrived in the roles of Managing Director, GM, CDO, Board Member, and Advisor with a software and technology-oriented background of 20+ years of experience in multiple Geographies at blue chip companies. Formerly SAS’s Managing Director of MEA, Turkey, and CIS, he has also worked with SAP and HP (Hewlett Packard). Tayfun now extends his valuable expertise to Akinon as Executive VP, of Global Growth responsible for managing global sales and expansion.
Sevcan has 15+ years of experience in Operational Excellence, IT Governance, Project Management, Product Ownership, and Strategy Planning. She has an outstanding record of success in developing strategic and tactical plans to achieve long and short-term goals. She has been an Akinonian since 2020.
20+ Years experienced HR Professional with a master's degree in Human Resources Management and expertise in change management, learning agility, talent development, coaching, facilitation and project management. Designed, implemented, and evaluated Organization Development interventions targeted at improving performance in key work streams.
