Job Title: Operation Engineer

Description:

The ideal candidate will oversee the wastewater treatment process, ensuring optimal efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards. This includes monitoring equipment, instruments, and processes to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Oversight: Monitor and control the wastewater treatment process to ensure optimal efficiency and compliance.
• Technical Expertise: Troubleshoot issues and implement improvements using knowledge of wastewater treatment processes, equipment, and instrumentation.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate the operations team, delegate tasks, and provide training and guidance.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze wastewater quality data, generate reports, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Safety and Environmental Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working environment.
• Maintenance and Upkeep: Support maintenance activities and ensure proper equipment upkeep.
• Client Relations: Interact with clients, provide technical support, and address concerns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Environmental, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum three to five years of experience in wastewater treatment operations.
• Demonstrated knowledge of SCADA systems, wastewater treatment processes, instrumentation, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong communication skills in English, coupled with excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
• Commitment to adhering to stringent safety protocols and environmental regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, for operational needs.
• Capacity to travel to plant sites outside regular working hours for emergency or maintenance purposes.

Estimated Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 THB per month
