Experiment folder setup:

• Analysis
  • Videos - cropped and registered fluorescence videos as .tif files
  • Snapshots - average, std and sum Z-projections for each epoch
  • Plots - figures generated during analysis
• Pretest - model eye image quality, stimulus positions, etc.
• Ref - data acquired from the reflectance channel
• Stimulus files - stimulus specification files
• Vis - data acquired from the fluorescence channel
