1. Open Obsidian
2. Navigate to the Appearence settings
3. Click on the folder and move both the manifest.json and the css file you want to a folder named rose-pine.

Should look like this

1. Open Obsidian
2. Disable Safe Mode
3. Navigate to the "Appearance" section
4. Go to Themes
5. Select Rose Pine Moon from the options.
