This feature release adds a new topology category ntree, a more powerful interface to narray, several other topology utilities (including support for rendezvous operations between meshes), a complete, documented set of public header files, a more flexible system for initialization, and additional range support. It also includes a number of bug fixes, particularly with narray auxiliaries and Legion performance.
