Results and code used to produce results in Atkinson et al. (2020)

This directory contains the summary statistics produced in the Tractor manuscript, "Tractor: A framework allowing for improved inclusion of admixed individuals in large-scale association studies", which is on bioRxiv here: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2020.05.17.100727v1.

Seperate output files are provided for the results for Total Cholesterol for AFR and EUR ancestry backgrounds as produced by the joint-analysis GWAS model as described in the paper. We additionally provide code used to generate the results presented in that manuscript for full transparency.
