A Python-Django based web application made from the point of view of organisers for creating and sending certificates(pdf) to the participants of the events.The organiser can

1. Add/view Users
2. Upload/View latex templates for certificates
3. Create/Organise events
4. Convert latex templates to pdf certificates which could be emailed to the participants of that organised event.

A unique QRCode is also attached with each participant's certificate.
