BS degree Thesis: Statistical Analysis and Modeling of a Randomized Clinical Trial to Evaluate Impact in Health of an Agave Prebiotic

Here you will find my thesis work (Spanish version) and the code used to analyze and propose a model. The code is divided into three essential parts (P1, P2 and P3). The last part (P4) is for experimental purposes only.

To run the code, you will need to install an R interpreter.
