   Our service is available 24/7 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week).
2. The automatic voice messages are in Japanese only, but If you hold the line without pressing any button, you will be connected to our Japanese-speaking operator.
3. If you request our operator to connect to an interpreter, we will arrange a three-way call between you, our operator and the interpreter.

3. オペレーターに「通訳を介した通話を希望する」とお申し出いただくと、お客さま・オペレーター・通訳者での三者間通話が可能になります。
