Craig Mathieson The Age (Australia) A mostly unenjoyable and often disagreeable gamification of late-era capitalism... The gameplay is dull, the philosophy bilious. Jan 3, 2025 Full Review Stuart Heritage Guardian True, there is something weirdly compelling about Beast Games, but it is compelling in the same way that picking a scab is. It exists solely to show us the worst of the human condition, as obnoxiously as possible. Rated: 2/5 Dec 23, 2024 Full Review Melissa Camacho Common Sense Media The game can get intense, and people are shown arguing, yelling, and crying out of anger and frustration during the competition, which doesn't set a great example for younger viewers. Rated: 2/5 Dec 30, 2024 Full Review Joel Keller Decider The second episode shows that the game will start getting really fun as we get down to a manageable group of contestants, and a lot of that is thanks to the enthusiasm of MrBeast and his hoodie-wearing buddies. Dec 24, 2024 Full Review Dustin Rowles Pajiba A pathetic, sweaty, dystopian trainwreck. Dec 24, 2024 Full Review Andy Dehnart Reality Blurred If everything in Beast Games has to be the craziest, the biggest, the most, then nothing is, flattening it into a big mess of chaotic, shaky camera angles and awkward interviews with some CGI sparkles added on top in a desperate attempt to impress us Dec 20, 2024 Full Review Read all reviews

Yuri S Pretty fun show, I see the inspiration from Survivor and other reality TV shows. Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/05/25 Full Review Gary M Americanised version of Squid games, if you like watching human nature in its true form, it’s great for that! Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/05/25 Full Review Elliot A Really generic gameshow that's advertised as something amazing and new, people acting like trash for money with Mr beasts typical gameshow voice taylored to kids. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/05/25 Full Review Samuel B Show is high energy and terrible it's just exhausting and horrible. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/05/25 Full Review Audience Member Exploiting the suffering of poor people for profit, attention and possibly 1 of the worst forms of entertainment Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/05/25 Full Review Audience Member Bro did NOT understand what squid games was about. This whole thing is actually so messed up, like that one scene where the line of contestants fall and Jimmy is like "haha! Look at them falling lolol" as if they were dominoes or something. I understand there's a billion shows where you compete for money but this is actually so grotesque and disturbing (to put it some way). So glad I got to see this for free on the Flamingo channel (shoutout to Albert for showing such pure and beautiful emotions). Even if you're into weird sadistic shows like this, it's soo boring and literally nothing happens, with so many contestants you gotta know how you adjust time properly so you can build character, or just eliminate literally half of them within the first 15 minutes without even letting them compete for the money or try to push boundaries by making them "sacrifice" themselves or their team, but yet again no characters = no character. Also the pacing is kinda ass too and the abuse of CGI just feels like watching one of his videos but just extra long and extra disturbing. The only people who enjoyed this show are the braindead Americans who only watch trash or those 8 year old ipad kids which shouldn't even be watching this given the nature of the show. It's a NO for me 😬. Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/05/25 Full Review Read all reviews
