1961 Austin-Healey MKII 3000, Revisited.
Photographed first in 2010, and these pics were from March 2014. It looks like it was getting prepped for body work and paint. I look forward to seeing the ol' Healy purring around my neighborhood in the future, so watch this space.

CMC Gazelle.
Say what you will about this gussied-up Pinto or Beetle, but you can't dismiss the very real effect it has on people who know nothing about cars. In the five minutes I spent trying to photograph it, the thing elicited non-stop compliments and dozens of F-bombs. I don't really care what year it is, but man, I wish I'd recorded the audio: "It's a 1927 Mercedes-Benz," the owner told me. "Yeah bro," one neighborhood local said, "before the 1980s, Mercedes were called Gazelles. Trust me, bro — cars are my thing."
