During checkout, select your store and choose In-Store Pickup or Curbside Pickup. You’ll see an estimated pickup date, but wait to pick up your order until you receive an email from us that your order is ready.
Once you’ve received the notification that your order is ready, you can pick your order up. Let us know you’re on your way by opening the notification and selecting Check In and I’m on My Way.
After we send the notification that your order is ready for pickup, we’ll hold your items at the store for five days. If you don’t pick up your order by then, we’ll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.
If the item you’re interested in is out of stock at your local store but available online, we’ll ship it to your local store for free.
If you’re unable to pick up your order, you can authorize another person to pick it up. When checking out, add your alternate pickup person by providing their full name and email address. To add an alternate pickup person after you’ve placed your order, go to your MyLowe’s Account and select Orders & Purchases. You can also select Order Status without accessing a MyLowe’s Account.
To add to, edit or change an order, go to your MyLowe’s Account and select Orders & Purchases. You can also select Order Status without accessing a MyLowe’s Account. Select the order you’d like to modify. If you’re unable to modify your order online or in the app, please contact your store or customer care at 1-800-445-6937.
