Lee Valley recognizes that education is a powerful tool, which is why we proudly offer a 15% discount through our Education Discount Program. The Lee Valley education discount is offered to students enrolled in an accredited woodworking, horticultural, or culinary program, along with course instructors and educational institutions. The education discount applies to all* regularly priced woodworking, gardening, and kitchen tools and supplies and can only be applied to purchases made during the current school term.

Placing Your Order

There are two ways to place your Education Discount order – in person at a Lee Valley store, or online.  

Ordering at a Lee Valley Store

1. Download and print the Education Discount Program order form linked below. 


2. Fill out the appropriate fields and take the form to any Lee Valley store. 


3. When checking out, present the form and let the store staff know that you're purchasing products for an Education Discount order.

Ordering Online

1. During the checkout process, in the Order Notes box, mention that it is an Education Discount order. This will place the order on hold so we can apply the discount before processing. 


2. After completing your order, fill out the Education Discount form below and enter the order number in the Order Information field before submitting. Our Customer Service team will review the form submission and reach out if we require any further information. 

Please note that your online order confirmation will not reflect the discounted total. We will apply the discount after reviewing your order and approving your submitted form. 

*The 15% Lee Valley education discount is not valid on quantity pricing, special orders, discounted items (e.g., sale items, special buy items, sale table items, coupon offers), as well as certain brands, including (but not limited to) Jessem, Mirka, Kreg, Festool, Tormek, Gränsfors, Walkstool, Tanos Systainer, Starrett, SawStop, Rikon, Karl Holtey Design, Bad Axe Tool Works, Foredom, Dremel, Benchcrafted, Lake Erie Toolworks, Laguna and Gramercy Tools.
