Fly directly into Miami if that is your final destination. Ground transportation between FLL and MIA is expensive ($50) and time consuming (1+ hour). One would think there would at least be hourly public transit between the two airports, but no such luck in the late afternoon. Choices are $50 bus ride or $50 ride share, or $50 bright line, or $50+ rental car. No afternoon Tri-Rail service. I chose the ride share since it got me directly to my downtown Miami hotel.

I think that we were exempted from the new "core" seating. Thank goodness. Your new "core" plan is terrible. You are now making money to choose an asile or window seat towards the front of the plane without taking into consideration that people in wheelchairs' are walking much further to avoid sitting in closer areas that they were seated before "core" plans. I think the idea of charging seats is a shame and I am not happy about this change. I flew with Spirit Airlines once because of this policy and only once. I hated having to pay additional for seating. Granted, you don't charge for every asile or window seat but I can foresee that this will happen in the future. Please don't copy Spirit Airlines.

Don’t fly spirit. It’s too much of a gamble.

Great service. Great staff. Boarding was a little slow, but I think there was a service dog slowing things down.

Flight left early and arrived early. the whole trip was excellent.

Other then mechanical/ computer problem and 3.5 hours flight delay the flight was great. I guess that what happened when you fly an old airplane now a day.

This was a code share Latam Airlines flight - everything very good except there was no seatback entertainment

Don't waste your money or points on first class. Delta first class is a joke. The seats were rickety, the food was awful, and nothing worked, wifi, my light, the power plug - and it was dirty - the fold out table was gross. For 2-3 hours, tough it out in Economy.

Loyal Delta traveler, but last nights flight was a train wreck. Seated in 1B after multiple delays. Then we couldn’t takeoff because of an issue with the passenger that was ‘not in compliance’ and had to deplane along with the threat if they did not deplane, all the passengers would be required to do so. Finally they were escorted off, but the experience threw off the crew. Disruptive for everyone. Service was a mess, televisions didn’t work, bathroom door kept swinging open during the entire flight whenever empty …

My flight was cancelled twice and the third time I tried to rebook it online I cancelled the flight because it looked like I would get a refund to my credit card. Instead I now have a credit. I was also on hold for three hours waiting for a representative and then disconnected. I will never fly delta again.

Awful. Flight was continuously getting delayed and gates kept changing without any reason. Flight was delayed for more then 3 hours

5-hour delay due to storms in Tanoa and airspace restricted by Miami traffic controllers.

I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again.

It took 1-1/2 hours to get our luggage after we landed. That to me is unacceptable

Overall was excellent. Will definitely us JetBlue in the future.

The best flight I’ve had in a while. The plane was like 25% capacity, if that. Smoothest boarding and deplaning process I’ve ever experienced. Wish all flights were this smooth.

Traveling with JetBlue from NYC was convenient as accessing JFK airport was straightforward via the LIRR to the AirTrain. Maneuvering through the terminal was hassle-free, which was a pleasant start to the journey. However, the flight experience itself left much to be desired. The seating arrangement was notably uncomfortable; despite securing a window seat, space felt cramped. This was exacerbated by the middle seat passenger encroaching on my area, which made the flight less enjoyable. Additionally, while the in-flight entertainment system initially seemed like a reprieve, the sound outlet on my seat was inoperable. This issue turned what could have been a manageable three-hour flight into a rather tedious ordeal, as I was unable to use the entertainment system effectively. While JetBlue provided a smooth process in terms of airport logistics, the on-board experience highlighted areas in need of improvement, particularly in terms of comfort and entertainment system maintenance.

The flight crew that we had in our section may have been tired or something. I asked the flight attendant about my son’s screen not working and she spoke down to me like I was stupid. He still had no working screen throughout his flight. The other members had no personality and seemed like they were annoyed when you asked them for something. Definitely took a hit for simple things on my JB experience.

Som delays but overall we almost made it on the original time.

They announced at the last minute that international travelers had to checkin at counter. This created a long line and unnecessary stress.

They put me on a chair in between two men, one overweight who was almost falling on top of me, and the other was even uncomfortable because I was half falling because of what the other was pushing me. I stayed with. my feet were swollen from fluid retention and from being unable to accommodate myself. it was very uncomfortable. I asked for help but they told me that the flight was full and they couldn't help me. I got off the plane almost unable to walk due to the inflammation. and then at FLL airport I asked for help because I couldn't go to my next flight, which was a connection.

Run out of snack choices. Why are the seats not padded for your butt? Are we sitting on blocks of wood or metal for $250-300 a pop? This ain’t spirit. Let’s get it together people

Safe and on time were the positives. The plane wasn't cleaned before boarding, there was garbage and food on the floor and in the seat pocket. The TV screen was small and the picture fuzzy, audio quality was poor. Seatbelt was fraying and seat did not recline properly. No charging ports near the seats,

Food choices were very limited. Taste of the dishes was average.

Maybe add a seat trade app for flyers that didn’t get seats together

It’s been awhile since I have traveled on United. I, along with my family who were on the flight noted how smoothly everything went . Boarding, flight crew and service was excellent.

The seats on this flight were almost roomy enough to be the basic amount needed for human existence. I think my favorite part of this flight was it landed at an A gate, which was the most palatial part of Sea-Tac I've ever seen - a massive improvement from the S gates.

The seats on this flight were almost roomy enough to be the basic amount needed for human existence.

There's just no way to sit fully upright and comfortably in these seats. There needs to be 2 more inches of room, and that's not something that only one person on the flight needs - the whole flight needs 2 more inches of room. If that means you sell 6 less seats, so be it. It's too close for anyone. Forcing people to pay for "premium" economy just to get "barely enough space to breathe" isn't really an answer to that.

The crew were very nice. The Chocolate is good and v there’s no entertainment. Thanks

The crew were very nice. I would have appreciated a pillow for comfort. I had a special meal that was sloppy, but the salad was great. Thanks

I liked all the informational texts. I always knew where to go and when .

Liked the hospitality . The ight took us 6 hrs to get from fort myers to ewr.

Boarded over an hour late, no communication, the sign just changed, no attendant to answer questions - she disappeared forever (hiding). Small plane and couldn’t hear the overhead nor understand.

Paid for a window and was assigned to a middle seat with 2 very large people on each side of me. Flight was sold out and I feel I need to be refunded foe paying for a window seat and being put in a middle one..

I had a very unpleasant encounter with one man from customer service: he was extremely rude and miserable. And his condition was reflected on his decision to send me to the worst airport hotel and get an awful flight connection. My hotel shuttle had never arrived and I had to book another hotel. People served by other representatives got a much better treatment and deal.

Very mediocre greeting as we boarded, and the lead flight attendant accent was almost unrecognizable. He joked around a lot, while trying to give the safety demonstration, but did not succeed. My wife’s row was completely missed for beverages and the lead flight attendant didn’t even know that our row was Main cabin and able to have beverages at no charge. We are platinum, 2,000,000 miles on American Airlines and this was not a stellar crew.

Two issues. The plane was old and dirty. The armrest looked like an old car that had the vinyl rubbed off. The Seats in these aircraft are about as hard and uncomfortable. I want to tour Italy for a month and I want to buy a one-way ticket to Thailand but I will not sit in the seats these planes have. It is seriously stupid how hard they are.

The flight left a bit late, but arrived close to time expected…With the flight being close to full the crew did well serving drinks to all in a very timely fashion. The flight was a pleasure…

Check bag location is full of rude employees who are unwilling to assist with issues after talking to AA on the phone and relaying messages. The boarding was good. While on the flight it got really hot. Asked flight attendant if there’s a way to drop the temp and make it more comfortable as we are flying from DC to Miami so flying from cold to hot weather. No changes made. Stayed hot and uncomfortable on the plane. When asked again about the AC being down the flight attendant said no the WiFi was down but not the AC. I mentioned it was still hot. No changes.

There was a delay that affected all passengers with connecting flights.

Missed our connector because our first flight was delayed, it was a miracle that we managed to get a second flight. Luggage was lost. People were rude. Flight was delayed and overbooked. Terrible experience. Worst flight I’ve ever had out of hundreds of domestic and international flights. I’ve been on a more comfortable 20 hour flight from Guam than the two hours it took NC TO FL.

Great flight from Charlotte to Orlando. In flight wifi and entertainment was not working til 25 minutes were left in the flight would be my only complaint.

Boarding was smooth and on time. Flight itself was smooth (aside from some turbulence) and no glitches. On the downside, Spirit's no-frills service was as expected (no food or drink, cramped seating, extra cost for carry-ons, etc.), the announcements were nearly incomprehensible, and the constant niggling offers of upgrades and other services for sale (wifi, sandwiches, etc.) is annoying. Overall, a pleasant and uneventful experience - definitely worth the price.

The ticket agent wouldn't check our bags, eventhough the flight was delayed and wouldn't board for another hour. The gate agents were only mildly better than the ticket agent. They also had a terrible attitude and work ethics.

The flight was delayed over an hour and we had to sit on the plane. Crew does not apologize due to the delay. Spirit will NEVER do anything to give a customer a better experience. A child next to me was kicking me the whole time. I don't ever enjoy flying with Spirit.

Average, boarding was ok, the eye scanner broken mid way through boarding they ahd to do it manually. Did not eat any food, Not even water was offered for free.

I upgraded my ticket at the ticket counter and was not informed of the huge bottleneck at TSA pre check. It took me over an hour to get through the line at this small airport and although I ran to the gate and reached it prior to scheduled departure, it had already pushed pack. I missed the flight. Spirit rebooked me on a flight to Orlando that evening, which would require me to then rent a car and drive to FLL. For scheduling reasons, I determined it be would better to rent a car in Pensacola and drive it to my destination in FLL. Spirit called me that evening and asked me if I was going to board the plane. I explained no, for scheduling reasons. The person apologized and said I would receive a refund, but I have not heard back. Certainly, I ought to be refunded the upgrade I paid for at the counter.

Everything was excellent and as expected. The boarding process was great but deboarding was a bit slow. No fault of the crew; it just seemed like the passengers didn’t want to leave! 😂

It just baffled me that spirit boarding process that I was charged 2 check in fees for a person bag and carry on. I ended up lugging 3 kids under 10 with 2 bags and to find out at the boarding area that I could not get on the plane due to my lack of reading the baggage policy. I understand if that was the case but the agent also failed to understand one item was in fact a personal item such as laptop bag and charge me as if it was a carry on not personal item. And knowing it’s a horrible storm and last flight in the destination of travel. I could have very easily handed the items to my relative to keep but I didn’t learned about this enforced policy until I was about to board.

I’m not a fan of Spirit Airlines from a not-so-good experience the last time & I swore I would not fly this airline again- bc they charge for EVERYTHING. I only flew Spirit this time bc it wasn’t my choice. I decided to use a “Mystery Ticket” bc of the great price, not knowing it would choose this airline! I found out on this trip how they pick a random seat with a “sticker” for a prize-are we in first grade? just doesn’t seem right & now the first 3 or 4 rows get special treatment-we all paid for our tickets, not just them.

This was the best spirit airlines fight I have ever had. I take spirit up to 3 or more times a year and I am ready to be the Jared of spirit. 🤪 Best flight ever. Everyone was great. I hope my return flight is the same. When you're traveling with a 9 month old you need a different type of care and accommodation. I didn't ask the staff for anything but I didn't have any added stress.

Horrible airline with terrible customer service! I was at the Atlanta airport going to Ft Lauderdale. They delayed the takeoff time several times. We finally boarded & taxied away from the gate where they had us sit in a hot airplane for an hour & a half before cancelling the flight due to weather. They did not even offer us water. They took us back to a totally different gate where they said agents would be available to help. Instead, they dumped us out & left us to fend for ourselves. We had to go out of security to go pick up our checked luggage & wait in a long line at the ticket desk where only one agent was working & by the time we got to the front of the line over an hour later, all the flights were full for the rest of the day & only limited seat availability for the next day. If you were one of the lucky few that was able to reschedule the same day flying to the same or a different airport, you had to go back through security & ride the train to get back to the correct date which took over an hour more. A total waste of time. I will never fly Spirit Airlines again!!
