Indoor hot tub questions?

I am building a house and would like to put a small hot tub into the bathroom. I am concerned about moisture. The bathroom will have a sliding glass door to the outside that can be opened during use. And I do plan to keep the cover on the rest of the time. Still I worry.

I am considering several mitigations:

1) plastic sheet/vapor barrier between studs and sheet rock/hardy backer board. This seems easy and cheap.

2) tile over the entire bathroom, including ceiling. Expensive and probably overkill?

3) high quality rust resistant (stainless steel?) exhaust fan and duckwork. According to a ventilation info I found I would need the following air movement: ShowerÂ50 CFM, plus toiletÂ50 CFM, plus a whirlpool tubÂ100 CFM for a total of 200 CFM. Does this sound right

I would appreciate any comments or advice regarding these and other solutions. Tnx in advance.

Peter
