Once You’ve Ordered
We look after everything else from there on out. Every week or month, on the anniversary date of the first order (or the closest business day to it) they will receive the next hand tied bouquet designed to go into their vase. All they have to do it re-cut the stems, to give them a fresh drinking surface, add the flowers food (that we include of course) to the water and PRESTO instant gratification!
What if they travel?
Now don’t worry if they travel, we have you covered there too. Maybe they go to Mexico for 6 weeks every year? With that first note explaining just how lucky they are to have you in their lives, we explain that if they need to postpone a delivery, or have specific dates they would like to receive their flowers on( a special party maybe?), all they have to do is call us and let us know! They are in charge!
And the last best thing?
At the end of it all you get a courtesy call to say thank you from us as well as let you know all this goodness is coming to an end and let you know it would be time to reorder so they never miss out on a flower delivery!
