Orion nebula: M42

Hi everybody!

today I have a new kind of shot, astronomy shot!

This is my first attempt to astronomy photography. Here you can find the Orion nebula also named M42.

for this shot I use my canon 70-200 2.8L + 1.4X on my Canon 40D with long exposure.

This is my first attempt, I'm very satisfied :-)

 

for this shot and many other shots I pass my previous saturday night on 1800 meter at -20°C. Everything has a price!
