Who uses the In-Camera Monochrome Function?

Just out of curiosity: Does anyone use the in-camera monochrome functionality? Occasionally? Often? Exclusively? The R-D1x has the added option of simulating yellow, red, orange or green filters in Monochrome mode. If you've ever tried this camera option, what do you think of the results it produces?
