Soon after moving into her dream home—renovated by Chip and Joanna Gaines, natch—the most recent homeowner to have been featured on Fixer Upper also found her dream man.

Patti Baker, the widow and Waco resident featured on the Jan. 9 episode of HGTV's Fixer Upper, moved into her newly renovated home, dubbed the Baker House, last March. A few months later, according to People, she reconnected with an old family friend, Pastor Joe Finfrock. On their very first date, Patti was giving Joe a tour of her newly designed home when Joe—also a recent widower—surprised her by popping the question.

Now, just one week after Patti's episode aired, the Baker House is back on the market.

After Patti's husband of 37 years, Robert, passed away from colon cancer in 2013, she decided to move to Waco, Texas to be closer to her two adult sons and start a new job. She bought the bungalow in 2015 through Magnolia Realty, and hoped that Chip and Joanna might be able to help her fix it up into the cozy home of her dreams—but she thought it was a long shot that she might actually get chosen for the show. She applied anyway and to her surprise, the production company chose her. After several weeks of renovations completed by the Gaineses in early 2017, the home was soon the perfect place for Patti to begin a new chapter of her life.

In May 2017, she ran into Pastor Joe at a graduation party, and something sparked. A week later, he popped by for a house tour—and a proposal! "I thought it was a pastoral visit, but I wanted it to be something more," Patti told People. "It's happily ever after."

The couple married in August 2017, and Patti moved in with her new husband—which means that now, her charming 1950s cottage is back on the market for $349,900. The stylish Fixer Upper abode features an updated kitchen, a statement dining space, a versatile home office complete with a pony wall, and plenty of Joanna's signature style (but Patti's keeping that Clint Harp-designed table!).
