Lore
Jasmine Silver Needle (Jasmine Bai Hao Yin Zhen) includes only the buds of Fujian white tea to provide a silky mouth feel and quiet, dry finish. Harvested in spring, lightly withered and dried, this tea is painstakingly covered several times with summer-blooming jasmine buds before fired gently to add an ephemeral nutty edge. Elegant and refined, it requires cooler water, a short, gentle infusion, and your undivided attention to enjoy its perfection. True to the tradition of teas grown in Fuding (Fujian Province, China) you can enjoy multiple infusions, each brewed slightly longer to elicit the delicate sweetness.
Raw Honey for White Teas
Soft floral notes of this raw honey pair deliciously with the lively, fresh character of green and white teas.

I expected a flowery whisper from a white tea, but the touch of jasmine adds a sense of mystery to it. The jasmine reminds me of my mother's perfume.
