Business and other records on file in the Office of the Secretary of State are available for purchase. The information is delivered electronically in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet format. To make a request, go to the FirstStop Portal and click on "Data List Requests." You must have an NDLogin to request data lists.
Below are samples of the data file(s) that will be provided when the corresponding data list is purchased. These samples are to illustrate the data fields that will be provided in the list and are not meant to be a true representation of the content of the records.
Business Records
Active business records can be requested as a one-time list. You can also subscribe to receive new records when they are added.

You can request a one-time list of active notary public records or a one-time list of expiring notary public records.
