They did regular maintenance back in July on our split air units. One of our units went on the blink. Lizards fried one of the electrical boards. They offered a coating to prevent that from happening which we had done. Great service.
My Sanyo split system went down a month ago. Prisitine came in a switched it out to a Mitsubishi with a 10yr warranty for only 2k. They we’re very professional and communication was excellent. I havent been able to run it yet because its still cold but so far its been a great experience.
