RESIDENTIAL & COMMERCIAL INSTALLS
Pristine AC does new installations along with removal and replacements of existing units for both split and central air conditioning systems. We provide FREE estimates and offer competitive pricing. Before installation, we send out an experienced install technician to assess the property to help determine which type of system and sizes would be suitable. A quote is then generated and sent following the estimate appointment.
Achieving as one of the preferred Diamond dealer contractor status here on Oahu, we mostly specialize in installing Mitsubishi split AC systems. From wall mounted to ceiling cassette and suspended systems, we have worked with them all. As a Diamond dealer contract, we are able to offer our new install customers the competitive 12-year limited warranty for both parts and compressor on the new units. For central unit’s air conditioning systems, we work with Trane, Ameristar, First Company, Carrier and Rheem brands. Pristine does honor one year workmanship for all new installs for both split and central systems.

ESTIMATE
Initial estimate appointment – Pristine AC provides free estimates for new AC installs and AC replacement projects. Please call our office to schedule your appointment to have our experienced install manager come out today at 808-227-4566.
QUOTE
Emailed quote – After the initial estimate appointment, a quote is electronically generated through email. Quotes are normally created and sent within 5-7 business days.
PAYMENT
Process before installation – Once the quote is signed and approved, there is a 50% deposit required before the date of the install. A formal contract is also required before the commencement date of all install projects.
