so far my experience has been really good. this company pretty much weighs out from the start of payment plan and they just stick to it word for word as explained when you choose this option. I haven't had them go outside anything they've said, he's been fair, I've been able to pay it off earlier if I choose. I honestly don't have anything bad to say, it's option is helped me out when I've been wanting money, it's definitely helped me out.

On your wallet screen, you cannot reorder the cards so that the most used can be moved to the top. When I go shopping at the supermarket, I have to scroll all the way down to click on the one I need! The previous app automatically moved the most used card to the top which was good but I prefer to be able to move it to where I like it to be. Also the card name does not appear correctly (YMCA appears as YA).

Hi there, thank you for your feedback. Currently, the Klarna app allows users to manage their cards through the Wallet tab. You can reorder the wallet by clicking on the three dots in the upper right corner of the Wallet tab. You can also change the card name in the settings by selecting the card and changing the nickname. Hope this helps!

The most wishy washy pay in 4 app I've ever used. I missed a payment or two in 2021, they stopped offering purchasing power. No biggie, I understood. Through 2022 and 2023 I still wasn't able to get purchasing power back. Most pay in 4 apps remove it for some months. 2 years seemed a bit excessive BUT this year I finally was able to make two purchases. Welp, I paid both off in full AND on time. Account shows I have purchasing power, but it declines each purchase for credit reasons.
