For months now Order ahead has had issues. I place deli order ahead almost weekly. For months now whenever I use the app I get a message that there's a service outage and there working to get online ordering back online. I get the same error on multiple devices and have for months. I can order from a browser without issue but don't waste your time using the app to order ahead.

I like the app overall. Ordering is fairly quick and easy if you have a list set up. I also like the digital coupons and special deals you get for using the app. A big shopping experience improvement would be to sort the cart by dept (like the list currently does). I find I forget things bc it sorts by the order you add to the cart. Also recently the coupons aren't working properly. I only see 7 available coupons. I've been having to use the desktop site as a workaround to clip the coupons.

7/31/24: The app keeps logging me out. I've logged back in, but I don't have time for this. THERE IS CLEARLY A BUG, PLEASE FIX IT ASAP!! I just had shoulder surgery, so I'm trying to clip my digital coupons to my account (because missing work I can definitely use SAVING money). I've been using the app weekly for a few months & this is the 1st issue I've had. I'd like to create a list or even place an order since I can't drive right now, but this is unnecessary & inconvenient!
