Clinical Supply Study Complexity and Risk Assessment
Our project will review the manual complexity and risk assessment work in GCS, and recommend an automation framework by conducting data analysis and machine learning along with implementing a proof of concept using the framework. This will enable timely response to changes and aid in efficiently allocating GCS resources.
