NAME

Numbers n such that their k whose digits contain, in any substring of consecutive digits, the number of digits of n k (ND) and the sum of digits of n k (SD). Common digits for ND and SD are admitted while cycling is not.

EXAMPLE

Nk=1 -> ND(Nk)=1; SD(Nk)=1.

Nk=20 -> ND(Nk)=2; SD(Nk)=2.

Nk=139 -> ND(Nk)=3 (second digit); SD(Nk)=13 (first and second digitdigits).

Nk=300 -> ND(Nk)=3; SD(Nk)=3.

Nk=913 -> ND(Nk)=3 (third digit); SD(Nk)=13 (second and third digitdigits).

Nk=1045 -> ND(Nk)=4 (third digit); SD(Nk)=10 (first and second digitdigits).
