Fantasy News

Daniel Gafford

Returns to game Thursday Gafford departed the contest in the third quarter and exited briefly, but he returned to action and looks recovered from the injury that made him leave the game in the first place.

Daniel Gafford

Heads to locker room Thursday The big man headed to the locker room limping after staying down, and he looked in pain while grabbing his right leg as he exited the court. Dereck Lively is in foul trouble, so the Mavericks will have to rely on Maxi Kleber and Dwight Powell in case Gafford doesn't return to the hardwood.

Rob Baker

Scores 10 in G League return Baker sat out the 2024-25 Osceola Magic's first two games because of an undisclosed problem, no longer an issue as of Thursday. Now, the question is whether or not he will maintain a key role for Osceola's team, considering he was the G League Magic's only starter to log less than 20 minutes Thursday.

Jarrett Culver

Records double-double Double-doubles had been a staple for Culver during his 2023-24 G season, so it should not be surprising that he is beginning his current campaign with at least 10 points and 10 rebounds. Having not played an NBA game since 2022, he will look to keep his career afloat in the G League for at least another season, which should not be a problem.

Trevelin Queen

Continues hot scoring Queen began his 2024-25 season scoring 38 points for the Orlando Magic's G League team. He still remains part of it, with his scoring prowess at quite a high. Since the season began, Queen has averaged 29.3 points across three games, quickly establishing himself as a top G League scorer early.

Caleb Houstan

Versatile against Mexico City Thursday marked Houstan's first game since the Orlando Magic assigned him to their G League affiliate. He was Osceola's only player to log more than a tally of five in points, rebounds and assists. So even though Houstan was an expendable option with Orlando, that is not expected to be the case for Osceola.

Naji Marshall

Won’t start Thursday Marshall has been replacing P.J. Washington in the starting lineup in recent games, but the Mavs will shake things up in the frontcourt and Maxi Kleber will get the nod at power forward. Marshall is averaging 11.2 points and 4.7 rebounds per game in six November appearances.

Dereck Lively

Gets starting nod vs. Jazz The 20-year-old will replace Daniel Gafford in the starting five after a solid return from a right shoulder sprain in Tuesday's loss to Golden State, during which Lively recorded 12 points (4-6 FG, 4-7 FT), eight rebounds, two assists and one block across 24 minutes. The big man will likely still split minutes with Gafford, and the two should both receive significant playing time with P.J. Washington (knee) out.

Daniel Gafford

Moves to bench Thursday Gafford will move to the bench for the first time this season, meaning Dereck Lively will get the start at center in this one. The move is a bit puzzling since Gafford has been playing well in November, averaging 14.8 points and 6.5 rebounds per game while shooting an impressive 79.6 percent from the field in six contests.

Maxi Kleber

Receives spot start vs. Jazz Despite Naji Marshall filling in as the starting power forward in P.J. Washington's (knee) absence thus far, Kleber will get the spot start and play for the first time since Oct. 26. The big man has appeared in only two regular-season games this year due mainly to a right hamstring strain, and he averaged 2.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists across 15.5 minutes per game.

Cody Williams

Heads to bench Thursday Williams went scoreless in 15 minutes in the loss to the Suns on Tuesday, and the rookie will be replaced in the starting lineup by another first-year player, Kyle Filipowski. Williams is averaging just 3.8 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game in 10 appearances this season (seven starts).

Mac McClung

Excellent in G League action After signing a two-way deal with the Orlando Magic, McClung was expected to alternate between their main roster and their G League team. The latter is where he is now, a situation that allows him to be a primary option. This was evident Thursday, as McClung led Osceola in assists and was only one of two Magic players to log 20-plus points.

Kyle Filipowski

Moves to starting role Filipowski enters the lineup after scoring a career-high 18 points in the loss to the Suns on Tuesday. This will be the rookie's fourth start of the campaign, and he's averaging 7.0 points with 5.3 rebounds per game in his previous three.

Quentin Grimes

Gets spot start Thursday The 24-year-old will get the spot start with Kyrie Irving (shoulder) out. Through 10 regular-season outings, Grimes has averaged 3.6 points, 2.5 rebounds, 0.5 steals and 0.4 assists across 13.7 minutes per game.

Orlando Robinson

Not playing vs. Minnesota Robinson has yet to suit up this season while recovering from a left MCL sprain. Even though he's been assigned to the Stockton Kings of the G League to resume his rehab process, he doesn't have a clear timetable to play for Sacramento at the NBA level. His next chance to play would come on Saturday against the Jazz.

Mike Conley

Not on injury report The veteran floor general was rested for Wednesday's game against the Trail Blazers, but he should be ready to go Friday and is likely to recover his place in the starting lineup. Conley is averaging 7.4 points and 4.7 assists per game this season, and his expected return to the lineup will likely send Nickeil Alexander-Walker back to a bench role.

Vince Williams

Upgraded to questionable for Friday Williams has yet to make his debut in the 2024-25 campaign, though the questionable tag suggests he is nearing a return to game action. The 24-year-old has been ramping up for a return with the G League's Memphis Hustle, but if he is unable to suit up Friday his next chance to debut will come Sunday against Denver.

Brandon Clarke

Questionable to play Friday Clarke is in danger of missing a second straight game due to this injury, and it comes as a bad time for the big man, who was coming off back-to-back starts before missing Wednesday's defeat against the Lakers. Clarke hasn't reached the 20-minute plateau in his last six outings, however, so even if he's available, his fantasy upside will be somewhat limited.

Desmond Bane

Questionable for Friday Bane's questionable tag suggests he is progressing toward a return to game action after being deemed week-to-week in early November due to a right oblique strain. The sharpshooter is in jeopardy of missing his eighth straight contest and if he is unable to suit up, Santi Aldama is expected to draw the start at small forward once again.

P.J. Washington

Officially ruled out Thursday Washington will miss his fifth consecutive outing due to a right knee sprain. The 26-year-old was deemed doubtful before being officially ruled out, and his next chance to suit up will come Saturday against the Spurs. With Washington out, Naji Marshall is expected to draw the start at power forward once again.

Leaky Black

Scores 14 in return Wednesday included the second game of a back-to-back set between the Go-Go and their Greensboro opponents. Despite an ankle injury preventing Black's participating in the first, his availability in the second was not a problem. He was one of five players to log double-digit points for the Go-Go on Wednesday.

Luka Doncic

Good to go Thursday Doncic will play through a right knee contusion Thursday, and he has yet to miss a game this season while dealing with a left groin strain and the knee issue. The superstar should handle more than his normal workload offensively with both Kyrie Irving (shoulder) and P.J. Washington (knee) ruled out. Through 11 regular-season outings, Doncic has averaged 28.5 points, 8.1 rebounds, 8.0 assists and 1.5 steals across 37.9 minutes per game. However, he has shot only 41.9 percent from the field and 32.1 percent from beyond the arc.

Kyrie Irving

Ruled out for Thursday Irving was initially deemed questionable with a right shoulder strain, and the Mavs are going to be extremely cautious with the star guard, meaning Irving will miss a game for the first time in 2024-25. Spencer Dinwiddie, Jaden Hardy, and Quentin Grimes are candidates to receive increased playing time in the absence of Irving, who will aim to return for the game against the Spurs on Saturday.

Michael Foster

Double-double off bench Currently, Foster is a member of the Go-Go, whose rotation has not allowed him to log minutes as a starter. Still, he has at least a shot to make the Go-Go's starting lineup, especially after a double-double that was one of their few highlights in a disappointing loss Wednesday.

Erik Stevenson

Shines from bench again Wednesday saw the second matchup of a back-to-back set between the Go-Go and their Greensboro opponents. Both times, Stevenson came off the bench and excelled. Those two games saw him log more than 25 points, finishing the back-to-back set with a category average of 26.5.

Keyontae Johnson

Sits out due to ankle injury It appears Johnson suffered his ankle injury between the Swarm's previous game and their latest matchup. He made his Swarm debut Sunday, logging six points (2-8 FG, 0-3 3Pt, 1-1 FT), three rebounds, two assists and one steal across 22 minutes against Capital City.

Caleb McConnell

Records double-double Even though McConnell put forth a less well-rounded stat line Wednesday compared to the Swarm's previous game against Capital City, he was more efficient with his scoring and rebounding. The 25-year-old reached 10 points without shooting any three-pointers or at least seven shots, which he doubled Wednesday. McConnell also reached double figures in points and rebounds in less time.

Jaylen Sims

Excels as starter After scoring 15 points during the Swarm's first game against Capital City on Sunday, Sims was promoted to their starting lineup. Unlike his teammates, the 25-year-old comfortably surpassed 20 points, nearly reaching 30. It looks like Sims will have a prominent role for this season's Swarm.

Marcus Garrett

More versatile in rematch Wednesday saw the second of a back-to-back set between the Swarm and Capital City. Compared to the first, his second saw him score less but up a more versatile stat line. Garrett led the Swarm in steals and assists to put his team over the edge. He finished the back-to-back set with 36 points, seven steals and six assists.

Jusuf Nurkic

Iffy for Friday vs. OKC Nurkic missed Tuesday's win over Utah due to the lingering ankle injury, though he was able to suit up in the second leg of the back-to-back set in Wednesday's loss to the Kings. If the big man is unable to suit up Friday, Mason Plumlee will likely get the starting nod with Oso Ighodaro receiving an uptick in playing time off the bench.

Fred VanVleet

Off injury report for Friday VanVleet played through the left hamstring soreness during Wednesday's win over the Clippers, and he is expected to shoulder his normal workload in Friday's rematch. The 30-year-old has struggled from the field while shooting 37.3 percent through 11 regular-season outings, and he has averaged 13.4 points, 5.7 assists, 4.0 rebounds and 1.7 steals across 35.5 minutes per game.

Vlatko Cancar

Ruled questionable for Friday Cancar hasn't played since the club's regular-season opener, though he has ramped up his participation in practice while dealing with a sprained right ankle. The 27-year-old's absence is not expected to cause any waves in the rotation as he played only two minutes Opening Night.

Steven Adams

Listed questionable for Friday Adams didn't step on the court in Wednesday's win over the Clippers, but the extra day of rest might benefit him. The Rockets are being very cautious with the veteran big man, but if he's deemed available for Friday's game, he should slot in as Alperen Sengun's primary backup option ahead of Jock Landale.

Grayson Allen

Deemed questionable for Friday Allen is in jeopardy of missing his second straight outing due to right hamstring soreness. If the sharpshooter joins Bradley Beal (calf) on the sideline Friday, the Suns could take an extended look at Josh Okogie, TyTy Washington and Damion Lee on the wing.

Mo Bamba

Won’t play Friday Bamba continues to deal with left knee soreness but will play in the G League with the San Diego Clippers on Thursday's game against the Valley Suns. As things stand now, the medical staff in Los Angeles hopes to have him ready to go for Friday's contest against the Jazz, according to Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.com.

Jalen Hood-Schifino

Not playing vs. Spurs This will be the second straight game Hood-Schifino will miss due to this groin injury. However, his absence shouldn't affect the Lakers rotation, as the second-year guard has played just one minute all season. His next chance to play will come Saturday against the Pelicans in the second half of a back-to-back set.

Bradley Beal

Ruled out Friday Beal will miss his second consecutive contest due to a left calf strain, though the injury likely won't result in a long-term absence. With the star shooting guard out and Grayson Allen (hamstring) deemed questionable, the Suns could take an extended look at Josh Okogie, TyTy Washington and Damion Lee on the wing. Beal's next chance to play will come Sunday against the Timberwolves.

Rui Hachimura

Questionable to play Friday Hachimura is coming off one of his best performances of the season in Wednesday's win over the Grizzlies, where he contributed 19 points (6-7 FG, 3-4 3Pt, 4-5 FT), seven rebounds, three assists, one block and one steal in 36 minutes. The questionable tag suggests a decision regarding Hachimura's availability will be made closer to Friday's 7:30 p.m. ET tipoff. One of the Lakers' starting forwards, Hachimura is averaging 9.8 points and 5.0 rebounds across 33.8 minutes per game in five November contests.

Anthony Davis

Probable for Friday Davis has been a regular in the injury report, but the probable tag suggests he'll end up playing, as has been the case in recent weeks. The star big man is averaging 30.2 points, 10.8 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game this season.

Nikola Jokic

Iffy for Friday vs. NOR Jokic does not appear to be injured, though he is in jeopardy of missing his first game of the season Friday. If the three-time MVP is unable to play, Zeke Nnaji and DeAndre Jordan are both candidates for an increased role.

Marcus Smart

Strong production in return Memphis was still without six players due to injury Wednesday, but Smart's return from a six-game absence due to an ankle sprain provided a lift. Though he was deployed off the bench Wednesday, Smart delivered his best all-around performance of the season and could reclaim his spot on the top unit and see his minutes pick up as he becomes further removed from the ankle injury. Smart may be worthy of at least a cursory pickup in 12-team leagues or deeper where he might have been dropped following his recent absence.

Ulrich Chomche

Sees uptick in playing time Chomche posted his best scoring performance of the season and led the team in rebounds. It's also worth noting that he logged 24 minutes Wednesday after playing 14 minutes in each of his first two appearances of the season, so it appears he's working to carve out a significant bench role.

Miles McBride

Questionable to play Friday The questionable tag suggests a decision on McBride's status will be made closer to Friday's 7:30 p.m. ET tipoff. With Cameron Payne (hamstring) and Jalen Brunson (ankle) also on the injury report, the Knicks can't afford to be without one of their best second-unit players. McBride is averaging 10.7 points, 2.5 assists and 2.3 rebounds per game this season.

Cameron Payne

Iffy for Friday Payne has been a mainstay on the injury report while dealing with a lingering hamstring injury, though he has been able to play through the injury in two straight outings. The 31-year-old has appeared in seven regular-season games, during which he has averaged 6.0 points, 3.0 assists and 1.9 rebounds across 14.7 minutes per game. If Payne unable to play, Tyler Kolek will likely see an uptick in playing time.

Dylan Disu

Leads bench with 14 points Disu turned in his first double-digit scoring performance of the young season after being held to 10 total points over his first two appearances. He also set a new top mark in rebounds, grabbing five of his eight boards on the defensive end. Disu is averaging 8.0 points, 5.7 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 1.3 steals through his first three G League games.

Kyle Anderson

Probable for Friday Anderson was a late scratch in Tuesday's game due to back spasms, though he is likely to play against the Grizzlies while dealing with neck spasms. The 31-year-old has appeared in 10 regular-season outings this season, during which he has averaged 5.6 points, 3.7 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 1.1 steals across 16.7 minutes per game.

Dominick Barlow

Notches double-double in win Barlow secured his first double-double of the young campaign and led his squad in rebounds. He finished the night tied for the team lead with 22 points, matching Jarkel Joiner's 22-point performance. Barlow has reached the 20-point threshold in both of his appearances so far this year.

Tre Jones

Remaining sidelined Friday Joness absence streak will extend to 12 games Friday due to a sprained right ankle. His next chance to suit up is Saturday's matchup with Dallas.

Kevon Harris

Nursing knee injury Harris averaged 20.0 points, 6.5 rebounds and 6.0 assists in his first two appearances of the season, and it's unclear as to when he may have suffered the injury. He'll be classified as day-to-day until the medical staff has a chance to evaluate him further.

Sam Merrill

Won’t play against Chicago Merrill will miss his second straight contest Friday due to left ankle soreness. His next chance to suit up is Sunday's matchup with Charlotte.

Tony Bradley

Picks up injury Bradley put up 21 points in 29 minutes during Monday's game, but he appears to have picked up an injury along the way. He'll be listed as day-to-day until the team has more information on the severity of the issue.

Jarrett Allen

Likely to play Friday Allen continues to deal with a left lower leg strain but was able to suit up in Cleveland's previous outing against Philadelphia. Allen recorded 11 points, 12 rebounds, one assist and one steal in 32 minutes against the 76ers.

D.J. Carton

Out with foot injury Carton has gotten off to a strong start to the 2024-25 campaign, but he wasn't able to give it a go Wednesday evening. He'll be considered day-to-day until more news on his injury comes to light.

Evan Mobley

Expected to play against Chicago Mobley was also dealing with an illness in Cleveland's previous outing against Philadelphia but was able to suit up. Mobley tallied 14 points, seven rebounds, one assist and one steal in 34 minutes against the 76ers.

Karl-Anthony Towns

Iffy for Friday Towns is coming off a season-high 46 points against Chicago but appears to have injured his knee. If the star big man is forced to sit out against Brooklyn, Jericho Sims will likely receive an increased role.

Jalen Brunson

Expected to play against Brooklyn Brunson continues to deal with a sprained right ankle but is expected to play through it Friday. Across his last five outings, Brunson is averaging 22.2 points, 7.2 assists and 3.4 rebounds in 35.8 minutes.

Alex Caruso

Won’t play against Phoenix Caruso will miss his second straight contest Friday due to right hip soreness. Ajay Mitchell and Cason Wallace will likely continue to receive increased playing time in his absence. Caruso's next chance to suit up is Sunday's matchup with Dallas.

Malcolm Brogdon

Remains sidelined Brogdon has yet to suit up this season while recovering from right thumb surgery. Until the Wizards provide a return timetable for the veteran guard, he can be considered week-to-week.

Trendon Watford

Won’t play Friday Watford was set to make his season debut earlier in November but suffered a setback to his hamstring injury that has kept him sidelined. Watford's next chance to suit up is Sunday's rematch with the Knicks.

Bojan Bogdanovic

Another absence coming Bogdanovic has missed the beginning of the 2024-25 campaign while recovering from left foot surgery. Until the Nets provide an update on the veteran forward's return timetable, he can be considered week-to-week.

De'Andre Hunter

Set to play Friday Hunter will return to action Friday after missing Atlanta's previous 10 outings due to a knee injury and personal reasons. While Hunter started the first two games of the 2024-25 campaign, rookie Zaccharie Risacher has been starting in his absence.

Trae Young

Good to go against Washington Young will return to action Friday after missing Atlanta's previous contest due to right Achilles tendinitis. The star guard should reclaim his starting job from Keaton Wallace. Across his last 10 appearances, Young is averaging 23.3 points, 11.5 assists, 4.1 rebounds and 1.3 steals in 36.4 minutes.

Dorian Finney-Smith

Likely to play against Knicks Finney-Smith is expected to return to action Friday after missing Brooklyn's previous two outings. If Finney-Smith is further upgraded to available, he will likely reclaim his starting spot from Ziaire Williams.

Nic Claxton

Iffy for Friday It's unclear when Claxton suffered his back injury, but it could cause him to miss his first contest since Oct. 30. If Claxton is unable to suit up, Ben Simmons will likely draw the start at center against the Knicks.

Ben Simmons

Good to go Friday Simmons will return to action Friday after missing Brooklyn's previous contest with left calf tightness. If Nic Claxton (back) is downgraded from questionable to out, Simmons could be in store for a start against the Knicks.

Jaden Ivey

Iffy for Friday Ivey is in danger of missing his second straight Wednesday due to a right big toe sprain. With Tim Hardaway (head) and Simone Fontecchio (toe) doubtful, Ron Holland, Malik Beasley and Marcus Sasser could all be in store for increased playing time yet again.

Tim Hardaway

Unlikely to play against Toronto Hardaway will likely miss his second straight contest Friday due to a head laceration he suffered against Miami. With Simone Fonteccchio (toe) also doubtful, Malik Beasley and Ron Holland should continue to receive increased playing time.

Simone Fontecchio

Likely out against Toronto Fontecchio is expected to miss his second straight contest Friday due to a left big toe sprain. If he's ruled out yet again, Ron Holland and Malik Beasley should continue to receive increased playing time.

Ausar Thompson

Still out Friday Despite being cleared to play by the NBA's Fitness-To-Play panel, Thomson will miss his 14th straight game to begin the 2024-25 campaign. However, Thompson's return to action should be soon as he ramps up his conditioning, as his next chance to suit up is Sunday's matchup with Washington.

Adama Sanogo

Expected to play Friday Despite dealing with a right knee effusion, Sanogo should be able to suit up against Cleveland. However, Sanogo is unlikely to receive significant playing time even when available, as he has logged just 13 total minutes this season.

Wendell Carter

Another absence coming Carter's absence streak will extend to seven games Friday due to left foot plantar fasciitis. His next chance to suit up is Monday's matchup with Phoenix.

De'Anthony Melton

Diagnosed with sprained ACL While it's unclear exactly what Melton's return timetable is, he is set to undergo further tests, and the Warriors will provide updates when available. In his absence, Buddy Hield, Moses Moody and Brandin Podziesmki are candidates to receive increased playing time.

Trey Burke

Leads offense Thursday Burke led the visitors in scoring and was the team's only player to produce multiple three-pointers in this game. His 28.0 points per contest represent the ninth-highest average in the current G League season. He'll likely continue to command the Capitanes' attack as one of their two experienced men alongside Juan Toscano-Anderson.

Haywood Highsmith

Playing through bone bruise While it's unclear when Highsmith picked up his bone bruise, it isn't expected to force him to miss any action. With Jimmy Butler (ankle) still out, Highsmith should draw another start against Indiana.

David Jones

Productive off bench at Osceola Jones did a decent job despite the loss, ranking second on the team in scoring Thursday. The forward is back from a two-game injury absence, adding to the Capitanes' depth behind current starters Louis King and Juan Toscano-Anderson.

Loudon Love

Earns double-double in loss Love performed well at center, recording a team-high total of 10 rebounds as part of his first double-double of the campaign. After two straight appearances off the bench, Love moved into the starting lineup and strengthened himself as a candidate to retain the position over Felipe Haase for the rest of the season.

Tyler Herro

Playing through shoulder bruise It's unclear when Herro suffered his shoulder contusion, but it won't cause him to miss any time. The 24-year-old guard has had a strong start to the season and should continue to be Miami's top option on offense with Jimmy Butler (ankle) sidelined.

Juan Toscano-Anderson

Scores 16 points Thursday Toscano-Anderson helped on both ends of the court but had poor aim especially from distance, shooting only 16.7 percent on three-pointers during the defeat. He's averaging 16.0 points, 6.0 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.3 steals per game after three consecutive starts in the current Tip-Off Tournament.

Ben Simmons

Imaging comes back clean Simmons missed Brooklyn's previous contest with left calf tightness but has returned to working out. While fantasy managers should look out for an official injury report clarifying Simmons' status for Friday's game, it wouldn't be surprising for the Nets to play it cautiously with the 28-year-old.

DeMar DeRozan

Unlikely to play Friday DeRozan injured his back during Wednesday's game against Phoenix and is expected to remain sidelined Friday. If the veteran forward is ultimately ruled out, Keon Ellis and Doug McDermott will likely continue to receive increased playing time.

Andre Drummond

Iffy against Orlando Drummond is in danger of missing his second straight contest Friday due to an illness. With Embiid back in the lineup, Guerschon Yabusele and Adem Bona could receive backup center minutes if Drummond is ruled out yet again.

Joel Embiid

Good to go against Orlando Embiid will return to action Friday after sitting Philadelphia's previous contest due to left knee injury management. Embiid will likely operate on a minutes restriction, as he tallied 13 points, five assists, three rebounds and one block in 26 minutes during his only other appearance this season.

Nikola Jovic

Good to go against Indiana Despite breaking nose in Miami's most recent outing, Jovic is expected to play with a protective mask against Indiana. Across his 10 appearances so far this season, Jovic is averaging 8.0 points, 3.9 rebounds, 1.3 assists and 1.0 steals in 18.0 minutes.

Jimmy Butler

Remains out Friday Butler is set to miss his third straight game Friday due to a sprained right ankle. Haywood Highsmith will likely receive another start in his absence. Butler's next chance to suit up is Sunday's rematch with Indiana.

Vlatko Cancar

Returns to practice It appears that Cancar is nearing a return to action after missing Denver's last six contests with a sprained right ankle. However, Cancar is unlikely to receive significant playing time even when available.

Pat Connaughton

Hits two three-pointers in win With Milwaukee's rotation down to only eight players Wednesday, Connaughton logged a season-high 24 minutes and two threes off the bench against Detroit. Over 12 reserve appearances for the Bucks this season, the 31-year-old veteran swingman is still supplying just 4.5 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.8 assists in 17.3 minutes per game. However, fantasy managers may see Connaughton take on a more pronounced role from the second unit once again if star guard Damian Lillard (concussion) and sixth man Bobby Portis (elbow) remain sidelined for Saturday's favorable matchup with the Hornets.

Ja'Kobe Walter

Remaining sidelined Friday Walter is set to miss his fourth straight contest due to a sprained AC in his right shoulder. While Walter is due for a re-evaluation in the coming days, his next chance to suit up is Saturday's matchup with Boston.

Brian Bowen

Quiet in 19 minutes Bowen saw significant run in the victory but failed to capitalize on the opportunity. He turned the ball over twice and attempted just three shots. He was one of three Stockton players to finish with a negative plus-minus.

Justin Powell

Sidelined with concussion It's unclear when Powell picked up the injury, but he'll have to clear concussion protocols before returning. His next chance to play will come Friday in a rematch with the Stars.

Skal Labissiere

Scores 25 points Labissiere saw the fewest minutes of any starter, but he finished with a team high in points. The veteran center was unstoppable on offense, finding the bottom of the net on 71.4 percent of his shot attempts. Labissiere hasn't appeared in an NBA game since the 2019-2020 campaign, but he's been a high-level player in the G League.

Oscar Tshiebwe

Posts 20-20 game in G League Tshiebwe was unstoppable in the post, reeling in 24 boards (10 offensive) while knocking down 61.5 percent of his attempts from the field. Though Tshiebwe's traditional game may not be a perfect fit for the modern NBA, he figures to be one of the G League's top rebounders this season.

Isaiah Wong

Puts up 27 shots Wong didn't hesitate to shoot Wednesday, attempting 12 more shots than any other player in the game. The volume resulted in a game-high 35 points. However, Wong did more than just score, grabbing three offensive rebounds and dishing out five assists without turning the ball over. He totaled a team-high positive 12 plus-minus.

Justin Harmon

Sees 15 minutes off bench The Stars have plenty of capable wing players, leaving a minor role for Harmon to start the 2024-25 campaign. Though Harmon struggled to score in his 15 minutes Wednesday, he doled out four assists with just one turnover. The 23-year-old will likely have to do more to gain more minutes.

Micah Potter

Inactive in G League It's unclear if Potter is battling an injury, but the two-way player was also listed as out for the Utah Jazz's game against the Mavericks on Thursday. Potter appeared in 16 regular-season NBA games for Utah last season but also saw significant run in Salt Lake City.

Josiah-Jordan James

Quiet off bench The Mad Ants deployed an eight-man rotation Wednesday and James was the only player to see fewer than 24 minutes. While he didn't light it up while on the court, he made a positive impact, notching a positive five plus-minus while making his only shot attempt. He went unselected in the 2024 NBA draft.

Anthony Black

Tallies season-high four steals Despite not being a volume scorer, Black continues to make a positive impact off Orlando's bench. The second-year guard's four steals were a season-high and he also tied his most assists in a game this year with six. Across his 13 appearances in 2024-25, Black is averaging 7.9 points, 4.2 assists, 3.1 rebounds and 1.0 blocks in 24.6 minutes.

Jordan Bell

Plays 31 minutes off bench After pursuing international opportunities over the offseason, Bell returned to the Mad Ants for the 2024-25 campaign. While he logged 31 minutes and had an all-around stat line, he turned the ball over a staggering eight times. He hasn't appeared in an NBA game since 2021.

Caleb Martin

Scores season-high 18 points Martin has now scored double-digit points in four of his last five appearances. The 29-year-old forward is also shooting 56.8 percent from the field and 41.2 percent from three while averaging 2.2 steals per contest over that span.

Dakota Mathias

Two-way effort in G League The Mad Ants utilized an eight-man rotation Wednesday, resulting heavy minutes for Mathias. He was effective with those minutes, finishing with the second most points on the team while tallying four steals. the 29-year-old should continue to play a significant role for Indiana.

Reggie Jackson

Provides spark off bench Jackson has been an inconsistent part of Philadelphia's bench this year, only appearing in five of the team's 11 contests. However, the veteran guard tallied a season-high 27 minutes with Tyrese Maxey (hamstring), Paul George (knee) and Joel Embiid (knee) all out. With Maxey (hamstring) potentially sidelined for a significant period, Jackson could continue to receive increased playing time as a point guard option off the bench.

Orlando Robinson

Assigned to G League Robinson has yet to suit up this season while recovering from a left MCL sprain. However, he has been cleared for contact and is set to continue his rehab process in the G League.

Trey Lyles

Scores season-high 13 points Lyles's efficient shooting from beyond the arc helped him record a season-high 13 points off the bench in Wednesday's blowout win over Phoenix. However, the 29-year-old forward is shooting just 33.3 percent from the field and 28.6 percent from three in 2024-25.

Aaron Estrada

Near triple-double Estrada spent training camp with the Pistons but didn't make the team's regular-season roster, leaving him to start his first professional season in the G League. The Alabama product came one rebound shy of a triple-double, a feat he accomplished once in 137 career collegiate games.

Reggie Kissoonlal

Provides spark off bench Kissoonlal caught fire from the field Wednesday, drilling four three-pointers and pacing the Cruise reserves in points. The 28-year-old is averaging 8.5 points across 14.2 minutes through two G League games.

Devon Higgs

Plays 23 minutes in return Higgs missed Motor City's previous game with a back injury, but he returned to the hardwood Wednesday and saw a sizeable workload off the bench. He handled more minutes than any other Cruise reserve. Higgs hasn't appeared in an NBA game since going unselected in the 2023 NBA Draft.

Derrick White

Cools down against Brooklyn White failed to score double-digit points for the first time this season during Wednesday's blowout win while playing a season-low 22 minutes. While White struggled with his efficiency against Brooklyn, he is still shooting 42.0 percent on 9.2 three-point attempts per contest this season.

Nic Claxton

Held in check against Boston After logging at least 30 minutes in each of his last two outings, Claxton played just 24 minutes during Wednesday's blowout loss. The 25-year-old center also recorded his fewest rebounds since being inserted into Brooklyn's starting five.

Donte DiVincenzo

Poor outing in loss DiVincenzo has now tallied just five total points over his last two outings. The 27-year-old guard has had a poor start to the season since being traded to Minnesota, averaging 9.4 points, 3.4 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 1.5 steals in 26.3 minutes across 12 appearances. Alarmingly, DiVincenzo is shooting just 33.9 percent from the field and 30.6 percent from three.

Nikola Jovic

Expected to play with mask Jovic had to leave Tuesday's game versus the Pistons early due to a broken nose. However, it appears that Miami expects the 21-year-old big man to be able to suit up against Indiana.

Jimmy Butler

Absent from practice Butler has missed Miami's last two contests while dealing with a right ankle sprain. The star forward's absence from practice is a bad sign of his availability for Friday's matchup with Indiana.

Jerami Grant

Struggles in victory Grant failed to score double-digit points for the first time since Oct. 30 during Wednesday's win. The 30-year-old forward has struggled with his efficiency this season, shooting just 38.5 percent from the field. After shooting 40.2 percent from three last season, Grant is converting just 34.4 percent of his 6.9 three-point attempts per contest in 2024-25.

Dalano Banton

Another solid outing Banton has now posted double-digit points in seven of his last eight appearances. The 25-year-old guard has also recorded at least one steal and one block in four of those games, including Wednesday's win over Minnesota.

De'Andre Hunter

Practices Thursday Hunter has been medically cleared to return from a right knee injury but missed Atlanta's previous outing for personal reasons. However, Hunter's return to practice is a good sign of his availability for Friday's matchup with Washington.

Trae Young

Practice participant Thursday Young missed Atlanta's previous outing due to right Achilles tendinitis. However, the star guard's participation in practice is a good sign of his availability for Friday's matchup with Washington.

Santi Aldama

Excellent two-way play Wednesday Aldama is making the most of Desmond Bane's absence due to an oblique injury, and he continues to deliver excellent two-way numbers every time he steps on the court. Aldama has scored in double digits while grabbing at least five rebounds in five games in a row, and he's averaging 12.2 points, 8.2 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.3 steals per game in six November appearances.

Jaren Jackson

29-point effort not enough in loss Jackson has embraced a bigger role on offense with Ja Morant (hip) and Desmond Bane (oblique) sidelined, and he's putting up excellent numbers as one of the Grizzlies' go-to players. He's averaging 25.0 points per game in November while shooting 54 percent from the field, and he's also scored at least 20 points in each of his last five outings.

Scotty Pippen

Scores 15 points in loss to LAL Pippen's presence in the starting lineup will only last until Ja Morant (hip) is cleared to return, but there's no question the 24-year-old is doing everything he can to show he belongs in the league. Pippen is averaging 14.3 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 5.3 assists per game in his three starts this season. Morant is considered week-to-week and his return date is uncertain, so Pippen should remain in the starting unit for Friday's game against the Warriors.

Rui Hachimura

Stuffs stat sheet Wednesday Hachimura was extremely efficient Wednesday and missed just one shot from the field and one from the charity stripe en route to his second-best scoring effort of the campaign. Even though Hachimura started the season on a strong note he had been cooling off lately. He's averaging 9.8 points and 5.0 rebounds across 33.8 minutes per game in five November contests.

Anthony Davis

Posts double-double Davis finished as the Lakers' top rebounder and second-best scorer behind LeBron James, who turned heads with an impressive triple-double. Davis continues to play at an elite level despite being a regular fixture in the injury report, but barring any serious injury, he should play and handle his regular workload on a regular basis. Davis is averaging 30.2 points, 10.8 rebounds and 2.1 blocks per game this season.

Kyrie Irving

Deemed questionable for Thursday Irving is in danger of missing his first contest of the season Thursday after being a late addition to the injury report. If the star guard is unable to suit up, Spencer Dinwiddie, Jaden Hardy and Quentin Grimes are candidates to receive increased playing time.

LeBron James

Makes history in win Wednesday James became the oldest player in NBA history to record three straight triple-doubles, passing the record he previously established in 2019. He's showing no signs of slowing despite being close to turning 40 years old, and the numbers back that up -- even if he doesn't have the same usage rate he had in previous years. James is averaging 26.8 points, 11.7 assists, 9.2 rebounds and 1.0 steals per game since the beginning of November.

Alperen Sengun

Fills stat sheet Wednesday Sengun was impressive Wednesday and made his presence felt on both ends of the court while dominating Ivica Zubac, who entered this game on a run of three straight double-doubles. Sengun remains one of the most consistent and productive big men in the NBA, and he's an absolute stud in fantasy thanks to his averages of 19.0 points, 10.9 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.1 blocks per game in seven outings since the beginning of November. He also has five double-doubles in that span.

Jalen Green

Goes for 21 points Wednesday Green reached the 20-point plateau for the first time since Nov. 6, snapping a three-game drought in which he didn't do so. However, the solid scoring output was more based on volume rather than efficiency, as he needed 21 shots to reach that mark. Green has been struggling with efficiency of late, making just 33.6 percent of his shots and 28.6 percent of his threes since the beginning of November.

Fred VanVleet

Scores 15 points in return The final stat line might look decent on the surface for VanVleet, who returned to the starting unit after a one-game absence due to left hamstring soreness, but it doesn't change the fact that the veteran floor general is having a tough start to the season. He's getting his numbers as a scorer and playmaker, but overall, VanVleet is averaging a mere 13.4 points and 5.7 assists per game while shooting 37.3 percent from the field. To put things into context, these are the veteran's worst numbers in the six years in which he's been an established starter at the NBA level.

Ivica Zubac

Double-double streak snapped Zubac ended his three-game double-double streak, as well as his stretch of five consecutive appearances scoring in double digits, in this loss. This was Zubac's worst outing of the season from a statistical perspective, but fantasy managers shouldn't be concerned with one off night. The big man has been very productive for the Clippers and has embraced the bigger responsibility on both ends of the court with Kawhi Leonard (knee) sidelined. Zubac is averaging 14.0 points and 11.6 rebounds per game in seven appearances since the beginning of November.

Terance Mann

Stands out off bench Wednesday The Clippers were limited to just 103 total points and no player reached the 20-point mark in this loss, but it's worth noting that Mann outscored every starter not named James Harden despite playing only 23 minutes. This was Mann's first appearance off the bench in 2024-25, and it wouldn't be surprising if he recovers his starting role in the near future.

James Harden

Continues solid stretch of play Harden has been playing at a high level this season despite not being the Clippers' go-to option as a scorer, and his numbers have been excellent overall. He's been particularly good for standard formats, as managers who roster him in category-based formats have been suffering a bit with his lack of efficiency. Harden is shooting 35.6 percent from the field, 34.7 percent from three and 85.1 percent from the charity stripe since the beginning of November, but his overall stat line of 18.4 points, 8.3 rebounds, 6.9 assists, 1.9 steals and 1.0 blocks per game in that stretch compensates for the lack of efficiency.

Luguentz Dort

Scores 11 points Wednesday Dort was the only other starter who scored in double digits for the Thunder outside of Shai Gilgeous-Alexander and Jalen Williams, and he made his presence in peripheral categories as well. Dort plays a secondary role on offense behind the aforementioned star duo, but he remains productive and has scored in double digits in all but one of his last five outings.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander

Fills stat sheet Wednesday Gilgeous-Alexander posted a career-high 45 points in the win over the Clippers on Monday, and while he didn't repeat those numbers in this win, he was nearly unstoppable on both ends of the court. He recorded at least two tallies in each of the five major categories, and the star guard continues to be a nightmarish matchup for opposing defenses. He's averaging 28.9 points, 6.5 assists, 4.5 rebounds, 1.4 steals and 1.0 blocks per game since the beginning of November.
